We get that sometimes plans change and offer parents two options to transfer camp registration to an alternate camp week, as space is available, as long as the request is made before the May 30th transfer deadline:

Transfer WITH Cancellation Insurance:

• Families who purchased cancellation insurance (a non-refundable $75 per child, per camp week fee) can transfer camp registration to an alternate 2025 camp week, as space is available, at no additional cost.

Transfer WITHOUT Cancellation Insurance

• Families without cancellation insurance can transfer camp registration to an alternate 2025 camp week, as space is available, with a separate fee of $25 per child, per camp week transferred.

What if I want to transfer camp weeks but notify Camp4Real of my request after the May 30th transfer deadline has passed? 

• Unfortunately, we cannot offer transfers if notice is received after our May 30 deadline, however, all unused registration fees will be donated forward into our scholarship fund. We are passionate about giving back to our community. Our scholarship fund allows us to provide camp resources to underprivileged families in our community who may not otherwise have such an opportunity
