We realize that appointments or other scheduling conflicts may come up during camp week which result in a parent needing to drop off or pick up children on campus outside of our scheduled pick-up windows. 

Outside of an emergency, if you need to drop-off late or pick-up early on a specific day during your camp week, you MUST notify us at Camp4Real@gmail.com by 8 PM the evening prior to ensure we can plan accordingly with staff and scheduling. This request cannot be made during morning check-in. 

Unless otherwise communicated, our late drop-off and early pick-up window is only available between 8:30-10:30 AM or after 1:30 PM.
