To help make summer camp accessible for more families we are happy to offer an interest-free payment plan option to spread out payment on all summer camp registration fees.

How it works:

All payment plans require an initial deposit during registration check-out to secure your child’s spot at camp. Camp registration fees are calculated per child according to the date of initial registration. 

(Example: Camp4Real’s Regular Registration Period runs from Jan. 16-April 19, 2024. Payment plan requests made during this period will reflect that fee structure.)  

You may select from the following payment options:

• Two Payments: 50% deposit due at registration with one additional 50% payment
• Four Payments: 25% deposit due at registration, with three additional 25% payments

Full Payment Deadline: June 1, 2024 (5 PM)

Next Steps: 

1. Once you’ve determined your preferred payment plan option, email us with your selection so we can provide you with a special coupon code. 
2. You will then complete camp registration as normal, entering the coupon code during check-out. (During this registration step, you will not submit any payment).
3. Once we receive your registration, we will send you a dedicated link where you will submit your deposit and future payments. 

Payment Schedule

The specific timing of when you complete your remaining payments is up to you, however, all outstanding payments must be received by 5 PM on June 1, 2024, for your child to participate in camp. 

We will send out an email reminder to you before the June 1, 2024 payment deadline with the current balance due on your account.

Beginning June 2, 2024, accounts carrying an outstanding balance will be refunded, minus our $50 processing fee, and camp registration(s) canceled.
