Why is Camp4Real making this change?

  • As we prepared for this summer, we took a close look at the operational structure required to run a lunch program at the level we expect from Camp4Real. We made the decision to simplify food operations this season so our team can stay fully focused on delivering a safe, organized, high energy and unforgettable summer experience for every camper.

Will families who purchased the lunch option receive a refund?

  • Yes. Any families who previously purchased the lunch option will automatically receive a full refund of the lunch option fee.

Will families who purchased the snack option receive a refund? 

  • We will automatically transfer the snack option fee to your Camp Store Wallet which can be used at the Snack Shack to purchase snacks each day. If you would prefer a refund for the snack option please email us at info@camp4real.com.

What are the lunch and snack requirements for campers?  

  • All snack and lunch containers must be clearly labeled with the camper’s first and last name as well as the date of the lunch. 
  • We recommend including a cold pack for items that need to stay cool.
  • Please note: we do not have access to a refrigerator or microwave.
  • All trash must be packed out, this helps us maintain strong communication with families on the foods that were eaten during the day. 
  • Campers cannot share their food with other campers. 

How will severe food allergies be addressed?

  • If we have a camper attending a week with a severe food allergy that could cause an anaphylactic reaction through exposure to certain foods, we will implement allergy-aware seating, including a designated allergy-safe table if needed, during lunch and snack times. Families are encouraged to notify us of any food allergies or dietary concerns prior to camp so we can help support a safe environment for all campers.

What snacks will you have at the Snack Shack? 

  • We plan to have the following snacks available for purchase at the Snack Shack. We may add or remove snack options throughout the summer, but we will notify families of any changes. We will also provide an ingredients list for all snacks being sold at the Snack Shack.

How to Add Money to my child’s Camp Store Wallet for the Snack Shack:

  1. Login to your account:  Click here
  2. Under View Submitted Applications, click “View Details” under Summer Camp 2026
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the “Add Deposit” button in the bottom right corner
  4. Specify the amount you want to add and enter your payment details
  5. Funds can be added to your child(s) account at any point

If you have not registered yet for Summer Camp, you will see an option to add money to the Camp Store during the registration process. Camp Store funds can also be used at the Merch Store
