Transfer With Cancellation Insurance
Families who purchased cancellation insurance (a non-refundable fee of $50 per child, per camp week) may transfer their camp registration to another 2026 camp week, as space allows.

Transfers are free of charge. - Notice received after May 29:
A transfer fee of $25 per child, per week applies. Notice must be received at least 7 days prior to the start of the camp week.
Transfer Without Cancellation Insurance
Families who did not purchase cancellation insurance may transfer their camp registration to another 2026 camp week, as space allows, for a fee of $25 per child, per week, provided that notice is received at least 7 days prior to the start of the camp week.
Transfers After the Deadline
What if I want to transfer camp weeks but notify Camp4Real after the transfer deadline has passed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer transfers if notice is received within 7 days of the start of the camp week.
