We offer a risk-free summer camp registration option through cancellation insurance. (Note that cancellation insurance must be purchased at the time of camp registration.)

We get that sometimes plans change and offer parents the option to purchase cancellation insurance – a non-refundable $50 per child, per camp week fee – during registration. Cancellation insurance ensures that you will receive a refund of your unused camp registration fees when you notify us by the May 29 cancellation deadline. 

How it Works: With the purchase of cancellation insurance, you have the option to transfer your camp registration to a future 2026 camp week (as space is available) free of charge OR receive a full refund for the amount of your registration fees if you notify us by May 29, 2026. After May 29 there is a $25 per child/per week transfer fee and notice must be received 7 days prior to the start of the camp week.

Cancellation/Refund FAQ: What if I need to cancel but I don’t have cancellation insurance? Or what if I have cancellation insurance but notify Camp4Real of my cancellation after the May 29 refund deadline has passed?

Add-Ons

Cancellations for shuttle service, extended day, lunch, and snacks must be received at least 7 days prior to the start of the camp week to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received within 7 days of the camp start date are non-refundable.

Multi-Week and Summer Pass

If you register using the Multi-Week or Summer Pass option and later cancel camp weeks such that your total enrollment no longer meets the minimum requirement for that option, your card will be charged the remaining balance at the standard weekly rate for each week attended.

If you initially register at the weekly rate and later decide to attend six or more weeks, the Multi-Week or Summer Pass rate will apply only to the additional weeks beyond those already registered at the weekly rate.
