Welcome to St. Mary’s Memorial Week Holiday Camp!
We are beyond thrilled to bring the magic of Camp4Real to our founder’s hometown for the very first time! Launching our summer camp in St. Mary’s is more than just a milestone—it’s a dream come true and the start of something truly special.
Camp4Real is a one-of-a-kind health and wellness camp experience rooted in joyful movement, nourishing food, and genuine connection. Our campers get to unplug, play freely, and be their authentic selves in a safe, supportive, and wildly fun environment. Whether your child is brand new to Camp4Real or already a superfan, this week will be packed with the perfect blend of classic summer camp vibes and modern, feel-good fun.

Cancellation Policy
We offer a risk-free camp registration option through cancellation insurance. (Note that cancellation insurance must be purchased at the time of camp registration.) We get that sometimes plans change and offer parents the option to purchase cancellation insurance – a non-refundable $50 per child fee during registration. Cancellation insurance ensures that you will receive a refund of your unused camp registration fees when you notify us by May 19, seven days prior to the start of camp.
How it Works: With the purchase of cancellation insurance, you have the option to receive a full refund for the amount of your registration fees, minus the non-refundable $50 fee, if you notify us by May 19, 2025.
Cancellation/Refund FAQ: What if I need to cancel but I don’t have cancellation insurance? Or what if I have cancellation insurance but notify Camp4Real of my cancellation after the May 19 refund deadline has passed?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds without the purchase of cancellation insurance or if the cancellation notice is received after our deadline, however, all unused registration fees will be donated forward into our scholarship fund. We are passionate about giving back to our community and our scholarship fund allows us to provide camp resources to underprivileged families in our community who may not otherwise have such an opportunity.
Late Pickup Policy
Late pickup fees are necessary to cover additional staff time required to supervise children who are picked up from camp after the designated time. This policy ensures fairness, safety, and efficiency for all families and aligns with standard practices used by other camps.
- First 10 Minutes After Designated Pickup Time: $15 late fee
- Each Additional 10 Minutes: $10 additional late fee
Example: If you arrive 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, a $15 late fee will be applied. If you arrive 25 minutes late, the fee will be $25.
Late Fee Payments: Fees incurred during the week will be calculated and charged to the payment method on file at the end of the week.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. By adhering to these policies, you help us maintain a safe and positive experience for all Camp4Real participants.
Registration Rates:
- $297 per child*
Additional Add-ons:
- Cancellation Insurance: $50 per child
Please note a $50 late registration fee per child will be added on May 19.
Registration Policy
We’re thrilled to bring Camp4Real to St. Mary’s School for a brand-new Memorial Day Week Holiday Camp! Our team will be traveling up from our Virginia base to host this special experience, which is why a minimum of 30 registrations by Monday, May 5 is required to move forward.
If the minimum is not met and we need to cancel, all registration fees—including cancellation insurance—will be fully refunded within five business days, and families will be notified directly.
We’re excited about the opportunity to launch this camp and encourage early registration to help us make it happen!
Sickness & Refund Policy
At St. Mary’s Memorial Day Holiday Camp, the health and well-being of our campers are our top priority. Because this camp is offered for one week only, we understand that illness or unforeseen circumstances may prevent your child from attending all or part of the week.
If your child falls ill and is unable to attend camp, we offer the following option:
- Prorated Refund: You may request a refund for any unused full camp days due to illness, minus a $25 administrative fee. This refund will be calculated based on the number of missed days and the total camp fee.
To request a refund, please email Camp4Real@gmail.com as soon as possible with the subject line “St. Mary’s Sick Refund Request.” Include your child’s full name, dates missed, and any relevant information regarding their illness.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our camp community healthy, safe, and fun for everyone.
Pickup Authorization PIN
A dedicated PIN (Personal Identification Number) is attached to all children in your household that will be attending Summer Camp. You only need one. Along with your child’s full name, simply provide your assigned PIN number to our Camp4Real staff member running the check-in table during pickup. You are welcome to share this PIN with other approved adults of your choosing if someone else is handling pickup for you.
Technology Policy
A cornerstone of the Camp4Real experience is to provide a screen-free environment that cultivates positive interpersonal engagement between peers and staff.
For the safety, well-being, and overall enjoyment of all children in attendance — with the exception of emergency or logistical communications with a parent or guardian — we ask that ALL cell phones/electronic devices sent with children remain stowed away for the duration of the event.
What to Bring to Camp!
We can’t wait to welcome your camper to an unforgettable week of fun, movement, and connection at St. Mary’s! A designated “stuff” zone will be available for kids to leave any items brought to camp each day. Important: please have all personal items labeled with your child’s name.
